Easy Car-Vehicle Device-Lift Garage
Overview of the Easy Car-Vehicle Device:
This device facilitates easy parking, tire replacement, and garage lifting.
Device Purpose
1. Parallel Parking: Entering and Exiting Without a Steering Wheel
Entering the Parking Space:
To enter a parking space, I press a button that activates four rubber wheels adjacent to the screen, which displays the vehicle's position relative to the cars parked in front and behind. Alternatively, I can use the mobile app via a button on the left. The rubber wheels, positioned at 90 degrees to the vehicle's wheels, flatten and lift the vehicle above its standard wheels. I then press the drive button located inside the vehicle or on the mobile app, allowing it to move into the parking space on the rubber wheels.
Exiting the Parking Lot:
To exit, I perform the same operation but press the exit button instead. Once the vehicle is clear of the parking space, I press the button to lower the rubber wheels. They fold back into the vehicle’s undercarriage, enabling me to start the vehicle and drive away.
2. Replacing a Tire Without a Jack
Upon discovering a flat tire on the rear left wheel, I step out, go to the wheel, and remove all the wheel nuts. I then press a button on the rear left wheel and use the mobile app (or a button on the vehicle near the screen) to lift the rear left rubber wheel, which aligns with and raises the left rear wheel. I remove the flat tire and replace it with a new one, tightening all the nuts. Finally, I press the button to lower the left rubber wheel via the mobile app or vehicle screen. The rear left rubber wheel folds into the undercarriage, allowing me to drive away.
3. Manual/Independent Lift for the Garage
Constructed from durable iron or steel, this device includes several adjustable rectangular molds that can accommodate vehicles of various sizes, from small cars to large vans or Jeeps. Each rectangular base is movable and can be adjusted to lift the vehicle to the desired height.
The rectangular mold comprises:
- A fixed rectangular base that supports the lift under the
vehicle.
- A second similar rectangular base that provides support during
maintenance.
- Adjustable parts that attach to the car body, preventing movement during work, even if the lower or upper base is accidentally
hit.
Equipment Parts
- Four rubber wheels that rotate inward (into the driveway) and outward (out of the driveway), supporting the vehicle's weight.
- Four connectors attached to the vehicle's body and the rubber wheels, which can fold into the undercarriage to lower the vehicle at the start/end of parking and extend out to lift the vehicle at the end/start of parking. The connectors operate synchronously and hydraulically.
- Four hydraulic/pneumatic pistons that manage the connectors, folding them in and out.
- Four motors (individually attached to the connectors and rubber wheels) that lift the vehicle's wheels over the rubber wheels and rotate them simultaneously (each motor can independently lift a rubber wheel for tire replacement).
- Four to six sensors that detect the vehicle's entry and exit between two cars and measure its distance from the sidewalk (two or three on the front bumper and two or three on the rear bumper).
- One screen monitor inside the vehicle that displays its position relative to other vehicles and the sidewalk, also showing the vehicle's progress during parking (a mobile app may also be available).
System of Switches (Located Under the Screen for Positioning the Vehicle)
To Operate the Device and Its Functions:
A) One switch to lift or lower all four rubber connectors simultaneously.
B) Four power switches for lifting and lowering each rubber wheel in case of a tire issue (right front, left front, rear right, left rear).
C) Two operating switches for the electric motors to insert the rubber wheels while parking between vehicles and to remove them from the parking lot (one switch moves right into the parking area, while the other moves left to exit).
D) One power switch to start all four electric motors.
