My two startups are ready for development:
#1. We Movie is a mobile and computer application startup with complete product specifications prepared for development.
#2. Easy Car focuses on vehicle auxiliary installations, including parking ceiling replacements without a lift and independent lift installations for garages—fully characterized and ready for development.
My three projects are products with concise explanations:
#1 A garment designed to protect two-wheel riders (electric bicycles, scooters, motorcycles) from accidents, minimizing falls, impacts, and bruises.
#2 An air-conditioned garment for workers in extreme weather conditions, enhancing comfort and maximizing productivity.
#3 A mobile, motorized hospital equipped with essential devices for rapid medical solutions and life-saving interventions in conflict areas (such as Gaza and Ukraine) and locations with multiple casualties. In peacetime, it will integrate with existing hospitals to assist with daily operations.
#1. Mobile Application
The first project is a mobile application with detailed product specifications, ready for development. The documentation consists of approximately fifty-five pages outlining the app's features for immediate implementation (including 55 pages of theory and practice).
#2. Vehicle Auxiliary Installation
The second project involves an auxiliary installation for vehicles that facilitates parking or tire replacement without a lift, enabling independent installation in garages.
This project is fully characterized and ready for development.
The following three projects are summarized below:
#3. Protective Garment for Two-Wheeled Riders
This garment protects riders of electric bicycles, scooters, and motorcycles from serious injuries during accidents, reducing falls, impacts, and bruises.
#4. Air-Conditioned Garment for Workers
An air-conditioned garment designed to enhance comfort and maximize productivity for workers in extreme weather conditions.
#5. Mobile Motorized Hospital
A mobile hospital equipped with essential devices for rapid medical solutions and life-saving interventions in conflict zones (such as Gaza and Ukraine) and disaster areas.

Sales Forecast: For film institution students, there are 1,313 institutions globally, with 400,000 film students enrolling annually. Assuming 1% purchase the app = 4,000 students.

Individual Sales Forecast:
By 2025, there are 8.5 billion smartphone subscriptions globally, with 5.4 billion having at least one subscription. Half of phone owners = 2.5 billion with one subscription.
Projected individual sales: $300,000,000 annually.
Forecast for Sales to Leading Smartphone Manufacturers:
Global smartphone sales in 2022 = 1,350,000,000 units. Selling 135,000,000 units at $1 per month = $135,000,000 monthly.
Sales to Cinema Study Groups (with Couture):
Estimated sales unknown, assumed to be 10% of film students = 40,000 users, each paying $10 monthly = $400,000 monthly, totaling $4,800,000 annually.
Sales to Film and Television Professionals:
Targeting production companies, producers, screenwriters, directors, photographers, editors, and studios. Approximately 2.74 million individuals are employed in the film and television sector.

2. EASY Car / Garage LIFT Device (READY FOR DEVELOPMENT)
Functionality of the Car Device: Assists with flat tire management, easy replacement, and parking.
Parking Assistance: To park between two cars without using the steering wheel, the user presses the lift button for the four rubber wheels located inside the car next to the position display.
The wheels extend and lift the car above its regular wheels. The user then presses the drive-to-park button, allowing the car to maneuver into the parking space on the rubber wheels. Exiting follows a similar process using the exit button. Once clear, the user presses the lower button to retract the rubber wheels and continue driving.
Flat Tire Replacement: If there is a flat tire on the rear left wheel, the user removes the nuts and then presses the lift button for the left rear rubber wheel via the app or from the car. The rubber wheel lifts the car, allowing the user to replace the flat tire. After securing the new wheel, the rubber wheel is lowered, and the user can continue driving.
Auxiliary Garage Installation for Vehicle Handling:
Similar to the parking and tire replacement installation, key differences include:
#A rectangular base adaptable for various vehicle sizes (light/medium/heavy).
# Constructed from extremely robust steel to support maximum vehicle weight.
#.lift installed above the base to elevate vehicles to the required height.
#THe lift feature includes an additional rectangular support base tailored to the vehicle’s shape.
#The base and lift mechanism can access the vehicle from the front, rear, or beneath.
#Ensures maximum safety for the base and lift components.
#Vehicle application needs additional switches to adjust the lift.
Uses of the Device:
#1. Parking Assistance
To enter and exit between two parked cars without using the steering wheel.
The user activates
the rubber wheel lift via a button inside the car or through a mobile app, allowing the vehicle to maneuver into the parking space on the rubber wheels.
#2. Flat Tire Replacement
The user can easily replace a
flat tire without using a jack
by activating the appropriate rubber wheel lift via the app or the internal button.
#3. Device Components
The device consists of four rubber
wheels that rotate for parking and exiting,
connectors (grippers) that fold to raise or lower the vehicle,
hydraulic/pneumatic pistons,
electric motors,
sensors for istance detection, and a control system for operation.
Auxiliary Garage Installation:
This setup is designed to
1. accommodate different vehicle sizes,
2. constructed from strong materials for maximum weight support, and includes a
3. lift for raising vehicles
4. for maintenance.
5. It ensures safety and functionality for
vehicle handling in garage settings.
Additional Product Projects (WITH EXPLANATIONS)
1. Garment with Built-in Air Conditioning: Designed for workers in extreme conditions (construction, oil rigs, etc.), this garment enhances quality of life and increases productivity while minimizing injuries for two-wheeled vehicle passengers.
2. Protective Gear: Provides protection against accidents
and injuries, marketed globally to reduce fa alities and insurance costs.
3. Mobile Medical Facility (Hospital): Equipped for examining and treating injuries, including MRI and X-ray
capabilities. Intended for rapid deployment in conflict zones and regular hospital service during peacetime.
